    We have stayed here before because it is centrally located. This year we used the stay between two country onsen stays. The train station is a two minute walk from the hotel so transportation is great. Good breakfast buffet is offered and worth the price, nice afternoon drink and snacks too.

    Decent hotel stay. Quite nice. Price is reasonable. They use buckwheat pillow which I love it. Unfortunately they can’t sell to me. Overall is ok. Will surely stay again next time

    Location is quite gd. Room is clean. Bad is only 1 lift. I climb up to 7th floor when it’s under maintenance. Overall acceptable

    It's our second time staying at Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju and it's always the best accommodation we've had in Tokyo. Rooms are larger than normal hotels in Japan, very clean, very organized. The staff are exceptional and provides high quality service, from cleaning, to responding to inquiries, even when you forget items after you've checked out. Unfortunately, we left my wife's retainers in the toilet and we had to ask the staff if they were able to keep it and they did. I've requested for it to be mailed and I will shoulder the cost of sending it to Singapore. But the staff I'm talking to mentioned that the cost is minimal and they'll be the one to shoulder it! It was so nice of them to extend their exceptional service beyond our stay and this is one of the main reasons why we would always go back here. Loving the location, the room, the food and most specially, the people that runs the hotel in tip top shape. Kudos to all staff of Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju! We'll definitely be back!
