The property is in a quiet area. The rooms were very clean. Communication with the owner was good; they replied quickly. We were a family of three, so the room felt a bit tight, but halfway through our stay they offered us an additional room free of charge for the last few days, as it was unoccupied. That was really kind of them. There are convenience stores less than a 5‑minute walk away, which was great for breakfast and light dinners. Very good value for money.

Although the area is quiet, we had a 10–15 minute walk each morning to reach the subway or bus stop. This is not a hotel but an aparthotel. There is no reception or other hotel-style services.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and all the basic amenities were provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, it was good value for money and a comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.

The location is excellent, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood where we had a very peaceful night’s sleep. The subway station is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Tokyo. There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and more comfortable than most hotels in the same price range, offering excellent value for money. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!
