The location, the space, washing machine.
TV was too small, no tea/coffee cups.

Location was good enough for me, 20 minute walk to Asakusa and 6 minute walk to Hibiya line. Staff were very friendly too

Its in the quiet neighborhood near Minowa Station like 4 mins walk only! And with nearby 24 hrs grocery, very convenient! Our family room was spacious, comfortable and with own washing machine. Queenie is very nice too and can speak english fluently.
Dryers are open for limited time only but that is okay we hang them in the provided clothes rack.

Location is very good, and nearby to a local train line, and convenience stores. The staff are very helpful, explain everything clearly and speak enough English to communicate with foreigners. The building is always secure, and makes access safe and easy with swipe cards.
The rooms were very small - which was to be expected especially in Tokyo - but these rooms were smaller than I had anticipated. The photos online make the rooms look much bigger than they are. The bathroom is even smaller - if you're taller than 6ft like me, you may struggle.
