Cheap, no frills, friendly staff, central location and great locker space!
Nothing in particular, the showers could have included some shower gel, but that is a minor minor complaint!

Perfect location, 5 minutes away from Hibiya line that takes you to alot of the main locations, also has connections that can get you to anywhere in Tokyo, the hotel staff were great and welcoming, the pods were a lot larger than expected and could fit me 183cm comfortably, the storage compartment was also very big and fit 2 large suitcases.

Really value for money.
On the 7/F, the escape stairwell door always kept open by a big block of cement or cleaning product big bottles, but they let people smoking in the stairwell in between 7 & 8/F. The cigarette smoke came in most of the time and sometime would wake up by the chocking smoke. Second hand smoking is a health hazard and annoying!

The shower facilities were clean
The capsule was too hot, bc there was a lack of ventilation( I was in a top capsule). It was also too bright with lights from the main area staying on till late 11-1am and neighbouring capsules often having lights on all night.
