    The staff is absolutely amazing. After being displaced from our AirBnB, we had to quickly find a hotel nearby and booked Vessel Inn. The staff member greeted me delightfully and really helped my family out. The hotel is so clean and the amenities are great. Wonderful breakfast buffet and love the complimentary ochazuke at 9pm. Right next to Iriya station and 7-11 only steps away. Super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel

    Very friendly and accommodating staff, decent amenities like free juice and coffee and tea in the lounge as well as evening rice with tea. You can have fresh towels and your trash emptied daily which is perfect. Washing and drying machines could be slightly better. Overall wonderful stay!

    Super clean, very close to the metro and various shopping/food/sightseeing locations in walking distance. Hotel doesn't have any extra facilities, and the rooms are rather compact. But I found them great for solo travelers or for short stays. I stayed for a week, and would do so again.

    Stayed here for 3 nights total, it’s located in a very quiet neighborhood tucked away near Ueno-Iriya station. The rooms appear to be kind of old and I can smell faint mildew but at least they provide dehumidifier. The layout of the floor plan is not ideal if you have large suitcase or two people in 1 room. Bathroom tub is large but a little too high for my liking. 300 yen to wash and 100 yen to dry in laundry room but the machines smell like they are never deep cleaned. My favorite part of my stay were the extra amenities offered: free ochazuke inside kitchen/dining room every night from 9pm-11pm, free juice and coffee beverages (machine) and free bath salts. They were so relaxing for long days of walking. It’s only a 5 min walk to Iriya station. If your activities are near Shibuya, it’s a little too far out to get to it fast.
