The property is in a nice, quiet, residential area. Close to Iriya Station - one stop from Ueno Station. There are convenience stores and restaurants close by. The room was clean, and had what we needed. It is unmanned, so no reception desk. Everything - the door code and room code is sent via email, so a Japanese sim card or global roaming is required.
Just one piece of information was lacking. They failed to tell us that in the bathroom was a switch to turn on the hot water. The first night, after being up 37hrs from the flight, and getting lost trying to find the property (our fault), and the temperature at 38°, a cold shower came as a bit of a shock. Found the switch the following morning, so all good.

La habitación era lo suficientemente amplia para los tres ( dos adultos y un niño de 13 años ), limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia.
Pues por decir algo el sofá cama era algo duro, menos mal que mi hijo es joven y se duerme en cualquier lado pero para un adulto la verdad es que no lo veo.
Otro punto algo fastidioso es que no hay ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas. Quitando el subir y bajar maletas que fue algo complicado , de diario sin bultos voluminosos no eran ningún problema.

Attention il y a 2 appartements avec le même nom à Tokyo et nous nous sommes trompés d' adresse, il serait appréciable que l' hôtel envoie l' adresse Google maps directement pour éviter les erreurs.
Par ailleurs le fait de ne pas pouvoir déposer les valises avant 15h nous a embarrassé à notre arrivée de l'aéroport nous avons dû trimbaler toutes les valises depuis le matin ce qui a gâché notre première journée à Tokyo

Tem uma boa localização, próximo a estações de metrô e ao parque Ueno. O ambiente era limpo e bem arrumado e os itens do banheiro, como os shampoos, eram muito bons. A equipe do hotel foi solícita quando precisamos.
As escadas e corredores eram muito estreitos, como estávamos com malas grandes isso atrapalhou bastante. O quarto tinha poucas tomadas e poucos ganchos para pendurar roupas no banheiro.
