The room was spacious! It has cold aircon, TV, hot shower. Only 1 unit per floor. It has an elevator. There's a small kitchen with very few kitchenware. The nearest station is Inaricho Station (not Ueno Station); about 8 mins walk for fast walkers and 11 mins walk for leisure walkers. This is the best advice we'd give to travellers who would like to book this room. For easier navigation and for your luggages as well.

There are windows but the windows are not accessible and you could not see outside. They are tinted. During our stay, there were constructions around in nearby buildings and on the road outside, even in the evening they would continue construction making it hard for us to rest at night after a tiring day. We would appreciate if host would tell us ahead.

価格が安いのに、きれいでつかいやすかった。駅に近く場所がわかりやすくてよかったです。荷物を朝から預けられたし、エレベーターがあるのがよかった。

お風呂が、あったら、更に良かったです。でも、シャワーで充分でしたが。

目印が合ったので場所が分かりやすかった。 写真の通りのお部屋で、1泊2日の素泊まりにはとても過ごしやすかった。 タオル、その他アメニティも充実していた。

冷蔵庫が少し汚かった。

The room was adequate for our needs. There were three beds and a table. It had a tiny kitchen area and shower. There was a working elevator which was immensely helpful as it was our last night in Tokyo and we had several bags to finish packing. The property was clean and the owners were VERY good at communicating the location, how to get in, and how to access the building. There were laundry facilities on the lower level which were available for use. There was a kettle and tea and coffee available, along with some toiletries. Everything appeared clean.

There were bars over the windows- for safety? There was a stairwell which could only access an emergency door and bags of rubbish on those stairs- thankfully the elevator was working. There was a red light that shone all night- that I think was for an emergency? There was lots of street noise. The balcony was just a little space to step outside next to a giant a/c unit. The mattress' were very hard and the pillow was uncomfortable. However; 2 of 3 guests staying felt it was okay for them.
