First of all, Clerk named Tamura was such a horrible person to welcome you. He kept saying so many things that would turn me off such as if you lose your room card, I have to pay ¥9000 which is mirror a plastic car that can be easily replaced. And one after another, he kept negative stuff like two people staying in a room, but not allowed to have two card keys for the room. New towels will only be handed off through the counter, even though you put old towels on hallway every morning. Even if you have two people room, if he only sees you by yourself, he only handles you one person towel. I can keep going, but I will never come back this hotel again. Hotel location is OK, I saw bunch of moles on shower curtain and basically where water goes around but clean enough in general for the price. Convenience stories about two minutes away. Station physically located about five minutes away, but in order to get to the station where you actually take a train from outside, it’ll take a long time as many big stations in Japan are constructed like that. I say you stay this hotel only for price.

Small room, Quite far from the station; service was just average.

The room is a bit small but enough for me and my friend with our 3 luggage to fit in. It is very neat and the bathroom as well. The location is just a few blocks away from the train station. There is also a 7-11 nearby. Definitely will consider staying again next time.

This hotel breakfast is the worst i ever had...the bento box that u need to pick up at the lobby is worst bento box..i book a two single bed..bur the other bed ..you need to slide down your body everytime you want to get up..if you have difficulty standing .iits for you....the whole bedroom there is only one light to switch on or off ..no.foyer light.Bed arrangement is very bad..for a twin bed...And if you are a senior citizen if not for you to stay.there..its quite far going to train station..coffee is not available..bring your own..Comfort room...literally not a comfort ..because the floor going to the C.R ..is quite high..they should think where to the table .with ref and microwave oven..maybe near the main door so we have more space tp leave mt bed..a little thinking..they just put anything in the room .just to be there..please use your mind...coming back again ? Definitly NO..
