Be it I'm a solo traveler, but I always booked/paid the room for the price of 2 Pax. So the room material should provide for 2 person usage, like pillow, towel instead of 1. it is suppose to be ready instead of the customer to ask for additional towel & pillow. Hope the hotel management can improve this service. Appreciate to provide 2 Pax facilities even only 1 Pax arrived.

I was referred by a friend for this hotel stay and the experience was extremely awesome. Strategic location with budget and nothing compromised out of it. You can help yourself to the beverages at the lobby area and daily cleanup of the room. Walking distance to 7 eleven, family Mart, restaurants and train stations.
In addition, I will like to commend staff. H.shikawa-san for her extra mile service to care for her guests on 2 occasions. 1. She automatically help to clear the washing machine for my usage as the earlier guest did not come back on time to retrieve it.
2. When I was about to head out for my daily activities with a light bag and shorts she gently reminded me that the day weather might be windy and wet and she was spot on. Was lucky to heed her advice and applauded for her great attention to the guest experience.
