Clear Check in instructions is given and is easy. Location is convenient. Space is fine for 3 pax. Well equipped with the necessary stuff.
Unable to open the window.

Newly renovated, friendly communication, easy check-in and close to Ueno station.
The elevator in the building is not clean

Close to Ueno station, clean, AC, large comfortable beds, easy check in and out
For 4 people kind of crumpled. Kitchen is missing basic equipment like knives, theres not enough plates or bowls for 4 people. There’s NO noice cancellation from the street! Our first night over the weekend it was quiet, but sunday to monday we heard trucks on the road in the middle of the night, the windows didn’t block the sound at all. The accommodation lists sound proofing as one of the properties and it’s definitely not true.
