Average stay experience and cleanliness was satisfactory. The toilet was clean, sound proof was great. Ambient neighbourhood with walking distance to Ueno Station.

Super convenient to get to/from the Ginza line. The room with two twin beds was just big enough for two people with two suitcases each.

This was my second time staying at the property. The staff were helpful and efficient. For Tokyo, the room size is good. I was pleased overall, however I was less satisified on this trip than before. Previously, the weather had been excellent, but this time it rained heavily. The room doors have a slight gap at the bottom, so there was a persistent whistling wind sound like in an old house. The biggest issue is that there is nowhere to conveniently hang wet clothes, raincoats, or umbrellas. This same trip, I stayed at a MyStays in Hiroshima which had wall and door hooks in addition to a retractable laundry line in the bathroom specifically for hanging things to dry. This hotel, though it has small closets to hang a few dry things in, offers no solution for wet clothing that I could find. I had to spread things out over surfaces and suitcases. This feels like a glaring oversight in room design. This issue aside, the location is excellent and allows easy access to trains, buses, and the subway. If you are coming in dry weather, this is a good hotel to consider.

Great apartment in Ueno! The location is excellent, very close to Ueno Station and the temple, with easy access to both Asakusa and Ueno on foot. Very well located, in a clean and quiet area. We liked it so much that we even stayed longer than planned. Amazing cost-benefit and definitely worth it. 10/10!
