Incredible price.

Takes about 1 hour to get to most major locations in Tokyo, so for a short trip you’ll lose quite a bit of time in that sense. Taking the nearby train to Haneda was incredibly packed because many people from outside the area use it to get to Tokyo for work so you may have to take a taxi if you have luggage, which will be very expensive. Sound proofing between rooms is not very good, light leaks in from the hall at night. One normal towel provided for whole stay, in addition to disposable towels that don’t absorb much.
