Right outside there's a 7-eleven you can go to and there's only a few minute walk away from the train station. No elevator available though but the place is huge considering other hotels in Tokyo

Room was clean and really spacious, towels and other essentials are provided. 8 mins walks to Osiage Station(Skytree)

It is 7 minutes walk from Exit A1 Oshiage Station (Skytree) . opposite the apartment is 7-eleven . The place is clean and it is self-check in at 4pm . We flight arrived early at 10am and was told we can only leave our luggages inside the room at 1pm while they clean up the place . We decided to change our itinerary to use the Tōkyō station locker service at JPY1,000 per luggage and shop around the area then to checkin at 4pm instead .

Apt. 101 has a large open plan for four adult family members to spread out with seven twin mattresses, four on the floor and three on a platform. Lots of floor space to open luggage. There is an outlet at every bed but it is on a ledge over the bed so it you are taller than 5'-10", you lose valuable leg room. One family member slept across two mattresses but the joint was uncomfortable. Roomy shower and tub with adjacent sink. Separate toilet room has tiny hand sink. Kitchenette available but we ate out or brought back food from the 7-Eleven across the street. The cooking pan and selection of dishes did not seem suitable to me for someone wanting to prepare cooked meals. We just used cups/ mugs during our stay. You can hear the other guests going up and down the stairs and steps if they don't walk lightly. Unfortunately, the guests that came were moving things around until 2am. The wifi was okay when we were the only guests but was not working once other guests were sharing the login. There were two options, but one never worked while we were there. We were counting on using the free wifi so that needs to be fixed!! This affected the facilities score. There is secure access at front door and to the apartment. Be sure to lock the room door from the inside after entering or from the outside when leaving or it will remain unlocked. Japanese seating so if you're not used to sitting on the floor and eating at a low table, or hace difficulty getting up from the floor, this set up is not for you. The Okamachi subway station is the closest. It would have been challenging getting our luggage to the property from there so I'm glad we reserved a ride service from the airport. The property doesn't have an elevator and there are a few isteps up to the entry door and about 4 steps up to the apartment level with no handrails. Stairs to upper units look tight, so that may be why we heard luggage bumping up and down as guests moved in or out. No rubbish pick up so you have to accumulate filled bags in the unit. We stayed five days and had two bags each of "unburnable" and "burnable" trash. Two rolls of double ply toilet paper provided, but beyond that the supply drawer only has thin single ply rolls. There is a tiny tatami entrance that will barely hold four pairs of shoes comfortably when entering the unit, so bigger parties will need to place shoes beyond this area. Since we made last-minute reservations during busy Christmas and New Year's travel time, I can't say this was a value, but it worked for us, except for the lost wifi connection. Be sure this is working!! I would stay again with working wifi, but other family members might not. Washing machine available in the basement level. With drying time, the cycle took about five hours to really dry.
