Impeccable accommodation and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It is modern, clean, equipped with air conditioning, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just a few steps away, there is a supermarket and a restaurant, which is very convenient either for dining in or taking food back to the house. The beach right in front of the property was, without a doubt, the one we liked the most out of all the ones we visited during our stay. The owner was always very kind and attentive. In addition, during our stay, someone came by to change the towels and take out the trash, which was very convenient. Thank you very much, we had a very pleasant vacation.

Location was close to the Beach. Owner/Staff was nice. Nice balcony.

The room was outdated. The flush did not work properly(water ran out), the hanger for towels was broken, the bed broke while lying on it, the awning fell down.

Good value for the money and comfortable bed!

The room is good, in an old building or at least with that old hotel vibe, but good room nevertheless. The balcony overlooked the sea which was great, with a place to dry off your things, the access to the sea was a little tough but ok. The rooms are above a restaurant, which is actually good. I chose the place as an alternative to visit Split and I’m not sorry. the bathroom was a little small but ok. For me the best part was the bed, it was great!! so far the best bed I found in Croatia! 10/10!!

Daily change of towels and sheets. Comfy bed. Fridge in room.

Close to road and really loud 24/7. We were located in building with restaurant. Room was directly above restaurant, so unfortunately it didnt feel private enough if we wanted to use terrace- guests there could see us in underwear.

AC didn't work, couldn't sleep the whole night, too warm + noise from the traffic just outside. Half of the lights buttons weren't working, uncomfortable with electric slots for charging phones - nothing close to the bed, was one across the room.

Quiet, comfortable, value for money, helpful host.

We went for a room . It had a fridge in the room and shared kettle in the hall way. Due to Covid and low visitors the restaurant was not open . A shop nearby for food and easy access to beach and with two restaurants. Easy access to bus into split and Omis. Ella was so friendly nothing too much trouble. Good value for clean and comfortable accommodation. Good air conditioning and WiFi .Podstrana is a good location for a quiet beach holiday .in Split Loved the boat trips highly recommend the Polaris. Two island tour. Also the Game of Thrones tour ran by Gekco tours in Split. Both excellent .we had a fantastic break

No the fault of hotel but prices where very inflated in beach restaurants compared to In Split and Omis where prices not raised and lovely choices of cafes and restaurants in these to places.

The beds was too soft but it depends on any of us what we prefer. What was problem for me was shower it was challenge to get in or out the entry and size os the shower was for little child not for adult

The worse room we ever stayed in during our holidays!No facilities in the room not even 1glass or a spoon,toilet stunk,shower sink gets blocked while u shower and water comes inside,towels with yellow stains,cockroaches,in bathroom and room as well and so many other dirts.When we arrived we were really rude welcomed in by the woman there telling us to hurry up and pay!The worse experience ever we will never be back over there!

La persona que ho portava era molt amable i va atendre totes les nostres necessitats. La zona és agradable perquè té la platja al costat i llocs agradables per menjar i prendre alguna cosa, però està a una mitja hora de Split en cotxe i de vegades el trànsit és molt dens per arribar-hi.

Hi havia coses trencades, tot i que les van arreglar de seguida. Poca llum i les portes fan molt de soroll. No hi havia penjadors per a les tovalloles al bany.

La personne était très sympathique et bon rapport qualité prix. C’est du basic mais ça va bien si vous voulez pas payer

Emplacement top pour aller à la plage à pieds et supermarché aussi et parc pour enfant.

Le lit pour enfant était pas très confortable et grinçait cela me pourrait être mieux. Mais surtout les deux points négatifs c’est très mal isolé donc on étant tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir quand des gens rentrent et dans les chambres. Deuxième point le store était cassé donc lumière dans la chambre et également lumière via la fenêtre de la porte d’entrée de la chambre.

Közel volt a part a szálláshoz.

A szálláson nem volt konyha, tányérok, evőeszközök, használható vízforraló, kávéfőző. Nem volt akasztó, sem pedig szárító, ahova a vizes ruhákat tudtuk volna teríteni. Első este az asztalon és az ágyban hangyák jelentek meg. Reggelre ellepték az asztalt, illetve egy csótány is kimászott a matrac alól. A takarító személyzet nem jött kétnaponta takarítani, és a friss ágynemű csere is elmaradt. Továbbá a 2 naponta való takarítás abból állt, hogy kaptunk 2 új törölközőt és 2 szemetes zsákot, ami természetesen nem illeszkedett bele a kb 5 literes fürdőszoba szemetesbe, mivel más nem volt. Az apró rozoga hütő pedig vagy melegít vagy fagyaszt, miközben billeg szerencsétlen. És talán a legfrusztrálóbb az volt, hogy nem működött a bojler, tehát meleg víz annyi volt, amennyi benne volt, és akkor az már részletkérdés, hogy a zuhanyzóban penész volt a fuga alatt, és jóformán tocsog a fürdő minden zuhanyzás után, mert nem megy le rendesen a víz. Az aktuális kilátásról meg inkább már nem is írok semmit.

Ella, la manager m a très bien reçu; il fallait traverser une route principale, pour être directement sur une plage splendide; il y avait l air conditionnné; c était très bien pour un premier séjour en Croatie, les pieds dans l eau.

j ai eu une mauvaise expérience d une nuit avec un petit groupe de gens qui ont fait la fête dans une chambre au dessus de ma tête, et sont partis à 4/5 am, je n ai pû dormir qu à leur départ...

La struttura e molto vecchia non sonorizzata quindi di notte senti tutto . La struttura e stato ristrutturato al interno ma non finito soprattutto nel bagno ! Per chi prende la vista giardino aspettatevi la vista parcheggio o cortile . La pulizia non ne parliamo pavimento non lavato e capelli su lenzuola.. lo scelta per la posizione ma ci hanno dato la struttura diversa rispetto alla foto. Per lo più le tazzine e il bollitore e in comune . ..
