It wasn't clear where the hotel actually was. I had to call a hotline that manages 200 rooms to figure out in which hotel the room was. This virtual reception was slightly dismissive and unhelpful. All worked out in the end!

It was great.
I really shouldn't complain. Due to miscommunication, I arrived late, when the hostel was already closed. Instead, they upgraded me to a standalone hotel room with its own bathroom, for the same price. The receptionist was very patient to explain everything to me.
