We rented a 1st floor apartment which had 6 double beds and a little kitchenette. We just needed somewhere to stay the night and it was all fairly clean. I would say this is great for a stop over, or for a group who plan on only sleeping here briefly. The check-in info was sent by a bot so I worried that there would be no staff available if we had any issues, but when I asked questions about the late check-in, the response was super prompt and efficient.
I don't think this is very good for people who may want to spend time at their accommodation (other than sleeping). The bed wasn't super comfortable and the vibe of the place was very spartan - very much like a hostel. The shower room did not have a window (and neither did the toilet), so it did smell a bit mildew-y when we left the door open.

They were clean and at place. Staff was nice and we had access to coffee and microwave.
The bed used to make a lot of noise. There was no fan. And access to cafe and microwave was opening at 11 so could not use it before leaving.
