    We were here during the heatwave, it was uncomfortable, as all they had was a fan. No A/C. It was fine as we were out during the day. We'd come back at night, open the window, turn on the fan. They have a small fridge and it was a lifesaver so we could cool down by keeping our drinks cold. Everything else was clean. Nice toilet, shower, nice bed. Great value for money. Interestingly they used tree stumps as bedside tables. It's close to the main train station in Prague too.

    If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is quite decent. The location is very convenient — close to the train station, metro, and only one stop from the city center, or within walking distance. There is also a LIDL supermarket nearby. However, the information on the Agoda website is not very clear, especially regarding extra charges for early check-in or late check-out, and basic amenities like a hairdryer or shower gel. The room itself is basic. The curtains are not good for the light, so it gets bright very early in the morning, and the room can tell very hot in May. Overall, it is a budget-friendly option with a great location, suitable mainly for short stays.

    As long as you don’t want much in the way of customer service and a comfortable bed you’ll be fine at this ‘hotel’. Reception is around the bare minimum, room clean is every 5 days so most people won’t see a cleaner at all as they will be there 3/4 nights. The reception was closed upon arrival with no communication from staff on how to get into the building or room. Several other irritations, failing lock on door meaning I had to move rooms mid stay, and resolve it at midnight (the reception did come to hotel to help but had to wait 15 min for them to get there). No hooks in the bathroom so where do you hang towels? Bed is not comfortable. Location is not great either. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price it’s just not great value and operates like a Airbnb / hostel. My room was apparently a deluxe - I would like to know what the regular rooms are like if this is the deluxe version. I guess I am tired of hotels doing as little as possible for guests these days, people are on holiday and want a relaxing trouble free stay and this was not provided here.
