the whole process was super-smooth. the basement restaurant/bar is worth spending time in. and the appartment was spacious and clean. located in a vibrant part of Prague everything i needed was in close distance

Great location near the train station and across lidl, kind service, good and clean facilities (shated bathrooms, shared kitchen and personal sink)
creaky and not super comfortable bed (we were hoping for a joined two-person bed, instead of two single-person beds pushed together). Walls were a bit thin.

Large room with lots of storage available. Super convenient to the tram stop, walkable to the train station and metro. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection for breakfast. Room temperature was good throughout and the sink in the room was useful. Shared toilets were well maintained. Wifi was fast and reliable.
The single shower could've been better - I often found the floor covered in hair with no clear way of cleaning it, hot water didn't seem to last long.

The location is great, check-in super smooth, communication with the host as well, bed comfortable, the whole pension is pretty, the small studio looks good, there were some teabags for use which was nice.
I didn't like the lack of soap in the toilet. The studio was not cleaned very well, for example - the first kitchen cabinet I opened was not even touched as there was coffee spilled around the cups. There is capsule coffee machine, it would be nice to get any capsules to use it, as normally people don't bring stuff like that when travelling, but I guess that's extra so can be understood.
