We loved the size of the room, the fact there was a small fridge and the breakfast was varied.
Some of the staff didn't seem that friendly, and it didn't seem the breakfast and the dishes were delivered quick enough.

It’s clean.
First of all, maybe we were unlucky but the girl on the reception was rude. When we arrived she very strictly said that check in at 15 even without checking out if the rooms are ready. Then when we came for check in there was a mess with payment because we booked with payment on the spot but we couldn’t check in because the rest if the team had to come with money. It was the first time I was asked to pay in advance even if I booked through booking.com. The rooms are a bit tired, one of the beds were moving all the time. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room, had to sleep with the window open which is a challenge if you font have earplugs because there are trams. The breakfast is ok, but still felt a bit poor.
