    On the first night, our room is next to the smoking garden and toilet flooding is very serious. Staff advised they are fully book and no other room is available for us. We has changed to a normal room on the second night. Staff is not helpful. For the breakfast, there are stain in the coffee cups and the food and drink choice are very limit.
