    Property is in a convenient location air condition hot water restaurants inside and next door staff is very helpful and friendly so all this is a good value for the money

    The location is very convenient for tourists. Tram stops are just across the road. Restaurants are closeby ; they have an in-house cafe anyway. They have a good spread of breakfast.

    Locatiin is good, just 1 min from tram station. Well connected to old town square and other attractions. Rooms are of good size and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and very healthy.

    I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating—they even provided a crib for my baby, which was a lovely touch. I also have to give a shoutout to the breakfast; it was outstanding! With a great variety of options and delicious coffee, it truly deserves a 5 out of 5. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The pillows offered were rather thick, and I found them uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. Additionally, while the bathroom itself was impeccably clean, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the plumbing that was quite off-putting. Overall, while there were some highlights during my stay, addressing the pillow selection and the bathroom smell would greatly enhance the experience.
