Great staff - Andrew at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is clean and well maintained, in a beautiful historical building only a short walk from the center of Prague. The price is also extremely competitive for the quality of the residence.

- there is practically no view of the city (only a small part).
- the entrance is semi‑manual — you have to show your pass card to the intercom camera every time to enter the building.
- location is quiet far from the Old Town

It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable
The kitchen was not well equip, only with minimal basic stuff. Also it was dangerous because the burners were defective and will get very hot even though you were not using them.
The fridge was so loud that woke us up in the night. The whole kitchen was rather old.
The television was not working. And the worst part was communicating it to the reception and the reception simply ignored this. The first night they said “it can’t be fixed now, we will come in the morning” and then the following day they did not come at all. We wrote them again and they ignored our messages. They clearly did not care. It was very unfortunate because I just happened to get sick and it was very cold outside so my only entertaining was to watch something in the evening. It was extremely disappointing.
