    If I ever open my own hotel, the very first thing I’ll do is poach Patrik from the reception desk! He is an incredibly motivated young gentleman who provides service beyond anything you could imagine. The check-in process was so smooth, and he explains everything with genuine passion for his work. Words truly can't express how valuable he is—I keep booking this hotel again and again just hoping he’ll be on duty during my stay. As for the hotel itself, I love how clean the bedding and towels are, how perfectly they clean the room every day, and that they offer fresh coffee every morning!

    I've stayed at this lovely hotel many times over the years, and it's always excellent. The staff are super friendly, quick and easy check-in. Myroom on the 4th floor was perfect, and had a fridge, kettle, microwave and air con. The bed was large and I slept very well. Breakfast was a real treat, and available from 7:30 -10:30. All in all a fabulous hotel, in a very good location, close to the tram stops and everything you need is on your doorstep.
