We had a very pleasant stay overall and were really happy with the apartment. The host was very kind, responsive and provided us with all the necessary information in advance. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, as the apartment had already been cleaned and was ready for us. The apartment itself is spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed, which was a nice surprise. The location is also very convenient. There is a tram stop nearby with good connections to the city centre. One thing worth keeping in mind is that the nearest metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, and part of the walk is uphill. We would therefore recommend buying public transport tickets/passes while you are near a metro station, so you already have them when you need them later. There is also a train station nearby, which was particularly useful for us, as we took advantage of the convenient connection to make a day trip to Dresden, Germany. The neighbourhood has a good selection of places to eat and have a drink, as well as a large Lidl supermarket and other shops.

There were only two things that could have made our stay more comfortable. First, there is no air conditioning, only one fan, which was not really enough to keep all the rooms cool, especially the bedroom and the living room where the sofa bed is located. We were lucky with the weather, as it rained on two of the days and the temperatures outside dropped, so this was less of an issue for us than it might be during hotter weather. The second issue was the bathroom design. The shower area does not seem to have a sufficient barrier or raised edge to contain the water, and the shower enclosure does not prevent water from spreading into the rest of the bathroom. As a result, water would reach the area around the toilet and sink, and after several people had showered, the bathroom floor remained wet for quite a long time, even with the bathroom ventilation running. We are not sure whether this is something that can easily be changed, but it is worth mentioning.

La struttura era spaziosa, ha tre bagni di cui 2 con docce , in generale è pulito e ha un design moderno apprezzabile

Non c'era l aria condizionata, e in 3 giorni che abbiamo alloggiato non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani neanche una volta, il che è vomtievole. Non portavano via neanche l immondizia
