Evaristo is an excellent host! We are very satisfied with everything! The breakfast, the room, the location in the city are great. I highly recommend this place for staying in Rome which is a marvellous city.

I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety to start the day. The rooms are simple, but very clean and comfortable, all the small detail one needs has been thought. The location is perfect, close to the metro and within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants, and shops.

We would like to express our great gratitude to Evaristo! We stayed with him 5 years ago and returned to him! He is the most attentive, caring, and hospitable host! He is always available and happy to help. Breakfast in his kitchen is a special treat, with hot ham and cheese sandwiches, yum! We would also like to thank him for the lovely gift of a bottle of wine upon our arrival! As we joked when we left, we will see you in 5 years))))

Everything was perfect. A very good contact with property owner, before and during the stay. Room was clean and well equipped, with some extras provided by the owner (welcome wine and drinks already chilled in the fridge).
The property is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk from the metro station - a huge advantage for those who want to easily reach the center of Rome and the main attractions.
Breakfast was tasty with various options to select from.
Everything was perfect. If I visit Rome again, this will be my first choice.
