10 stars, definetly! The accommodation and its location: Perfect size, very cosy and quiet. Pubic transport nearby, only 5 minutes of walking away. Easy travel via the metro to most tourist-attractions. Host, communication and breakfast: Maria is a very friendly and helpful person, she gave us all the tips we needed for our journey, by this, she saved us money and time. She was also very humourous and communicative. The breakfast she prepared every morning was perfect to start our days. If there is something you don't like about the breakfast, you can communicate that with the host and she will probably take care of your requests and put it in action. Our overall stay was very positive and we can only recommend the Bed-'n-Breakfast in Marias accommodation. best regards Ricarda and Erik :)

Good location, half an hour waling distance from city center and accessible also by public transport. Room was well prepared and very clean, the host was very welcoming explaining everything. There are also a lot of small shops around the area.

Room was very noisy, since the room is on 1st floor facing straight into the busy street even in late night hours. If you are looking for accommodation with breakfast, this might not be the best place. Breakfast is very poor almost none, but you can buy some delicious food from local grocery few minutes away. Better to also plan you trips around Roma when you will have wi-fi in some coffee shop or restaurant, the wi-fi in the room was rarely working. Also this is not a hotel, even though that even google says it is a three star hotel and I also though that the room is in the hotel based on accommodation description, you are staying in a room in large apartment where the owner lives too. This may not feel comfortable for some people.
