Convenient for the metro, spotlessly clean, surprisingly quiet, modern, and comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything I needed. Gas stove, clean fridge, even a large freezer. There is a grocery store under a block away so very convenient for at-home meal prep should you wish. The windows and shutters were wonderful for temperature control during a heat wave. There is aircon. The towels,sheets, and pillows provided were even nice. There is a washer and drying rack provided for guests which is a very nice perk - I didn’t have time to use them but what a brilliant setup!

No negatives come to mind.

Bus route 16 serves many destinations, so it’s really convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity you could need. The host also replies to messages very quickly.

The only thing that could be improved is the key to the main entrance door downstairs; it’s extremely stiff to turn. You have to find the right angle and apply just the right amount of force to unlock it. At first we thought there was something wrong with the key, but by chance we twisted it hard one time and managed to open it

Everything. Amazing place. Nice location. The place has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The person in charge contacted promptly via WhatsApp which was pretty convenient. I will definitely come back. 1000/10.

due giorni prima di venire in questo b&b mi hanno detto che non potevo più andare per un guasto al bagno . Il giorno dopo alle 22.30 mi hanno detto che avevano risolto il problema, che non era più quello del tubo ma bensì un OVERBOOKING. Quindi due motivi completamente diversi. Vai a capire qual era vero. Per due persone il letto a una piazza e mezza è davvero poco. Non stavamo molto comodi . Per il resto la posizione e i servizi sono okay. Ma il personale non mi è piaciuto per niente .
