The location is very convenient, as it is close to both a metro station and a train station, which made getting around Rome much easier. Valentina was extremely helpful and very flexible with our early arrival. She was attentive, replied to all our messages, and shared great tips with us. She is truly lovely.
The room was extremely clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony. It was a perfect stay. Oh, and there is an elevator, which is not very common in buildings in Rome. Perfect!
Everything was perfect. I have nothing negative to say.

Nice rooms with very easy access to train & metro. Shop and places to eat in the nearby. Great host!
Sometimes too noisy from the school’s sport area on the other side of the street.

Very clean. Well located. Within reach of the subway station.
Noise level was not pleasant. It didn’t allow us to open the window during our sleep.

Valentina is a great host and the room was clean and spacious.
You could prepare your own breakfast in the shared kitchen and there is a supermarket on the ground floor.
I recommend you buy the weekly/ daily / three days metro ticket as the metro station is nearby and easy to use.
There should be some thicker blinds on the window to prevent sunlight from getting into the room in the morning.
Noise from the street was loud sometimes.
