Ulivo Guest House Roma

This property deserves more than 10, everything was better than expected. The property is modern, clean, it has a terrace, the communication with the host is excellent and it is very close to the metro. Another big plus is the fact that could leave our luggage there before the check in hour. Also, there is a great pizzeria right around the corner.

La habitación junto a la terraza tiene todas las comodidades (y detalles) necesarias para una maravillosa estancia en Roma. Además está cerca de la línea de Metro A que te acerca a todas las zonas de interés turístico. Destaca por encima de todo la atención directa de los propietarios, que te dan recomendaciones de todo tipo y resuelven todas las consultas. De 11!

Very nice host - always available with any problem, question or request Very close to the subway Very clean Nice design of the apartment Kitchen apliances (we didn't use them, but they were there and looked ok) There were bottles of water at all the times available in the kitchen (on that heat it was gold) The restaurants in the area were soo good. I would go back for the sushi place. The host offered breakfast - which was so nice of him. We made an exeption and had sweet breakfast (it was tasty, we usually have vegetables or meat, but it was tasty from the coffe place).

We are watching 1 hour per dat Netflix in our holidays because we don't have time noramlly and Netflix wasn't working. The host tried to help and kept in touch with us and also we tried to sleep or do something else. The airco was noisy when efficient (on higher fan speed), but ok, it was very good - the heat was so bad that I don't think I should complain.
