The location is probably the best thing about this place. This is in a real Roman quartiere, not a touristy area. There's a huge park nearby. It's also near several catacombs. Everything you could need is within walking distance, including a metro stop. About the property: It's a small studio apartment, basically just a bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. You will get a good night's sleep here. The check-in process was through WhatsApp, so we did not meet the host, but he was very friendly.
Be aware of the noise through the walls during the day at least, and that you will hear doors closing a lot (I think it was the stairwell door) I am a heavy sleeper so this wasn't an issue for me. I think a simple way to improve this place is to add a towel rack in the bathroom.

Pretty nice location, Metro station is close, good cafeterias close.
You can hear everything what your neighbors doing, bad soundproof, no microwave, no fridge, poor pressure of water, bathroom is opened - no privacy while you are there, check in is uncomfortable cause you have to pay city tax online before you even arrive to apartment
