IT was Near metro station, it was clean, the furniture is New. We arrived late, but everything was excellently organized. Thank you for accommodating us outside of working hours and arranging our room check-in. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

Not too loud of a street in the night. Flexibility in arrival times, no excessive interaction with personnel. Quite fair price in the very busy tennis days.
Too far from city centre. The personnel didn't know English. I was forced to pay extra city tax in cash and they did not have money back from 10 euro bill. Only one toilet/shower per the whole hostel. Shower is leaky and is often taken.
