Stanza non molto grande

The room we eventually received was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with good access to public transport.

When we arrived late in the evening, the room assigned to us was already occupied by another couple. We were initially told that the cleaner had not left the key, but we personally met the guests staying in our assigned room. Alternative accommodation was arranged for the first night, which we appreciated, but we had to relocate late at night and move again the following morning. The lack of transparency about what had actually happened was the most disappointing part of our experience.
