Clean, easy access, good location

Contact only from remote (automatic replies, no answers to messages), one night table and lamp missing, no shampoo or shower gel, no salt in the kitchen.

The lodging contains 5 rooms in a what was formerly a regular Roman condo-style house in a building in which the rest of the condos are residential. The condo has been remodeled so that each room has its own bathroom and a lockable door, like in a hotel. We only stayed one night; we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms, all of which were occupied. Our room was bright and perfectly clean. There was ample space, even with two beds; both beds were comfortable. There was access to a shared kitchen. Use of the stove was prohibited, but there was a coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator, and also supplies of coffee pods, tea, and cups, so it was easy to make breakfast (and wash our dishes). There was a small table in the kitchen that sat 3 people; there was also a table in our room that we could have used for breakfast if the kitchen table had been occupied when we wanted to eat breakfast. The entry way contained a large wall map of the metro and train systems as well as some tourist information.

My husband grew up in another building in the complex, so it was a little sad for our family to see a house turned into a hotel, but at the same time we enjoyed very much the experience of staying in a place that had many things to remind us of our stays with my husband's parents (now deceased) when our children were younger.

All was good

The staff are friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were nice and clean. The room had what we needed and the balcony was nice to sit out for dinner.the aircon was great for the hot days.

It could be very noisy at times, from both guests and outside restaurants, up to 2am. Things were a little run down, and the hot water did not always work.
