The room and bathroom were clean, the kitchen provided basic utilities to make basic meals in a microwave or oven (salt, pepper, cutlery, etc.). Laura showed us around kindly at check-in and the communication was very good. The metro station was a bit far (15-20 min walk), but the bus stops were nearer so that was good.

Some people came into the apartment in the middle of the night and tried to open our bedroom door. They were supposed to be in the flat one floor up, but were able to get into our flat for some reason. It felt a bit unsafe, but luckily the bedrooms lock as well.

The rooms are clean, big and the bed is comfy. There is a lovely brunch place nearby, and by bus 105 we could go straight to Termini. Also, there was instant coffee, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar waiting for us in the kitchen. The owner is flexible and shows everything clearly.

It is far from the city centre and the transportation is always late:(

The shower was broken, so we had to keep holding onto it in order to shower. Also, the owner was extremely rude. We had three keys to enter the building, the apartment and our own room. The apartment door had a long, strange key and a very old lock which did not open easily, so one night my friend and I (we are both young girls) could not open the door. We tried everything in our power to open it, but the door and lock would not budge. We tried contacting the owner 20 times via phone, email or booking.com but he would not respond, even though booking said he would be available 24/7. We also tried calling booking.com twice but they would not help us. We were locked outside of our apartment for 2 hours in the middle of the night and no one helped us. We had to book another room somewhere else at 2 o'clock in the night last minute because we couldn't get in our own. It was scary to walk as two girls in the middle of the night in this creepy neighbourhood without any of our stuff. The next morning the owner still didn't contact us so we tried calling him again and he just started making fun of us, telling us we didn't know how a door works, basically calling us stupid (of course we know how a door works). Then when we went to speak with him in person he just started screaming at us almost immediately, telling us that it was our own fault and there was nothing wrong with his door or his key. I tried speaking with him in a human way but he would just keep screaming and eventually he just walked away without helping us or making us feel better. We did not feel understood at all and we were very sad that we had to sleep here again for another night. The next night we also almost were unable to open the door, but after trying for many many times again it opened (but again, it took a lot of effort). The owner had told us he did not want to refund our extra room and booking also did not help us at all.
