Bolo to ubytovanie v asi 8 poschodovom dome na 4.poschodi. byt bol novozrekonstrovany s úplne novým zariadením, postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Boli sme siedmi, co bolo super, keďže žiadnych iných ludi sme v apartmáne ubytovaných nemali. Každá izba má vlastnú kúpeľňu so sprchovacím kútom, bidetom, WC a umývadlom. Televízor, chladnicka a klíma je tiež v každej izbe. Kuchyňa vybavená základným riadom, odporúčala by som doplnilt nejaký riad..napr.chybal väčší nôž/nevedeli sme pokrajat melón/, chýbali varešky, otvarak na pivo, víno, väčšie misy, utierky atd.....dole v bytovom dole je hneď veľký supermarket....metro do 100 metrov...okolo plno reštaurácii, zmrzlina, park, zastávka autobusu.....vsetko super.....boli sme v Ríme v najväčších horúčavách, par krát nam vyhodilo poistky, lebo klíma isla nonstop, k tomu, chladničky.....a od druhého dňa nešla tepla voda....zrejme niečo s kotlom, ale keďže von bolo 38stupbov v tieni, studená sprcha nam až tak nevadila, ale majiteľ by sa mal na to pozrieť....
Nešla tepla voda... a menej vybavená kuchyna

Ordine si curatenie. Proaspat renovat. Mobilier si aparatura moderna si noua. Foarte modern renovat. Supermatket la parterul blocului. Metrou foarte aproape. Cafea la dispozitie. Comunicare foarte eficienta cu gazda. Balcon enorm. Geam la baie.
Totul a fost foarte bine.

The location was good. It is not touristic and mostly locals live there. The restaurants around the location was great. With bus and metro it was easy to go to the center.
Bed was uncomfortable.
