The room was lovely. Easy to find and close to public transport. Great restaurants nearby.
The shower needs to be unclogged (it fills up quickly).

Breakfast was great! The croissants were delicious! I was able to also make a sandwich from the meats and cheeses. Loved the bread. We also loved the closeness of many of the tourist sites. We enjoyed the quaintness of where it was located, nestled in the residential districts. There were an excellent gelato place and restaurant. Plus, the metro was just a couple of blocks away.
Nothing that we didn't like. Initially, it was hard to find, but Giovanni came out and found us! Hurrah! and Whew!

The location; walking distance to Coloseum! Metro and bus station couple of min away. Bars, restaurants, shops very close. Breakfast; good coffee, water, tea, fruits Croissants and fresh bread...all what you need is there :)
Missing a table or sofa in the shared kitchen...it would be great to have one in our opinion :) ...but still was great place and when we were alone, as there are 3 rooms in total, we were eating in the kitchen.
