The place was very clean and located in a peaceful and quiet area. But the best part was the staff. I'm giving a 10/10 because they were incredibly helpful. They accepted a postal delivery with my Rome Marathon race kit 4 days before I even arrived! They kept it for me, and I actually found it waiting right on my bed when I checked in.
A few small things to fix. The toilet seat was loose and needs to be tightened. Also, there was no iron in the room to iron clothes. They do offer a laundry service, but the way it is organized makes it a bit slow, it takes 48 hours to get your things back.

Everything was excellent. I loved the stay and it avidly felt like home. The hosts were one of the most loveliest people I've met till now.

The staff works hard to help improve your stay. The cost is low. There are two metro stations fairly close by.
It is a shared apartment with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in fairly complex. There's enough space in the room but the furniture is not comfortable.
