What stood out the most was the space, the decor, and the overall atmosphere of the property. It felt incredibly traditional and authentic, providing a true Japanese experience. The dining was another major highlight. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic experiences, served in private dining rooms with beautiful views overlooking a koi pond. The serene environment made the meals even more special. The entire ambiance and this unique experience will definitely stay in our memory for a long time.
Honestly, I have nothing to point out. Everything was great.

Love the service from the moment we arrived at the door step till we left. Staff service is excellent, and we were very well taken care of. The whole team makes sure we are very well fed and comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, better than expected.
Outdoor public bath can be bigger. It was a little small and it can be crowded when there are larger groups coming into the bath at the same time.
Understood that the meal option can only be chosen as one for the whole family, instead of individually. If it can be done individually, it would be perfect but I understand the limitations and constraints it would have on the chef.

Unmatched hospitality. We felt warmly welcome from our arrival until long after we had left. Unique food and a comfortable room as well. Wish we could have stayed a couple of nights!
Not all the food was to our fancy, but it was fun to try it and be a bit out of our comfort zone.
