Amazing traditional hotel. The traditional dinner was excellent. We didn't know every dish, but we were exposed to the great investment that went into the preparation. The staff was welcoming and attentive to any problem. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful, with an amazing view. The onsen is very beautiful and luxurious.

Meals and service were exceptional.

Not much…maybe the coffee could be better and maybe owners/front desk staff could have been more engaged. A bit too expensive.

This was one of the stops on our honeymoon, and it was truly a magical experience. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and homely. The rooms were spacious and beautifully traditional, giving us a wonderful sense of authentic Japanese hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and memorable experience.

What stood out the most was the space, the decor, and the overall atmosphere of the property. It felt incredibly traditional and authentic, providing a true Japanese experience. The dining was another major highlight. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic experiences, served in private dining rooms with beautiful views overlooking a koi pond. The serene environment made the meals even more special. The entire ambiance and this unique experience will definitely stay in our memory for a long time.

Honestly, I have nothing to point out. Everything was great.
