Good location and easy to find. Across the river from the morning market. An historical traditional Ryokan with attentive staff.

Great location. Friendly hosts. The room size is closer to 32 sqm instead of the 18 sqm advertised. That’s because they did not add the sitting area n private bathroom. Nice views of river

This ryokan ranks among the finest I’ve stayed at during my travels. Positioned right on the riverbank across from the famous city market, it offers an enviable setting. The hosts and staff are genuinely welcoming, and the interior — down to every detail of the room — gives you an indescribable sense of being deeply in Japan. Food and service exceed all expectations.
