Die größe: großzügig geschnittene räume und ein sehr schöner balkon mit blick ins grüne. Ausstattung: wirklich alles da inkl sehr bequemen betten. Gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die lage: Am Rand von Essen-Werden, nah an der ruhr mit schönem fuß- und radweg, bäcker, aldi, bushaltestelle und ein tolles restaurant in fußweite, alles andere im zentrum von werden, zentrum gut zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt und die FeWo hat vollstens unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Sogar mit den Parkplätzen hat es immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Austattung war so wie zu Hause, also perfekt, sehr sauber und funktionel. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant und ein bekanter Discounter sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
