Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, geräumig und gemütlich

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. So ziemlich alles da, was man so braucht (außer Geschirrtuch 😅, dafür gabs aber die Spülmaschine). Absolut empfehlenswert für jemanden, der Platz bevorzugt und keinen Wert auf Hotelfrühstück legt. Bäcker ist aber auch direkt unter der Wohnung.
Im Wohnzimmer ist es relativ laut von der Straße her. Dachte anfangs, die Fenster sind nicht richtig zu. Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau! Schlafzimmer war super leise, und das ist wichtig.

Die Lage ist wunderbar in einer belebten Straße mit tollen Restaurants, vielen inhabergeführten Läden, Cafés und Eisdielen. Der Gruga-Park und das Klinikum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet.
Das Wohn-Esszimmer bietet viel Platz, wirkt aber noch ein wenig kahl.
