Sehr gut ausgestattet. Kurzer Weg zur Messe und in die Altstadt, zum Beispiel auf den Weihnachtsmarkt.
Im Hinterhof ist überall der Müll rumgeflogen und im Treppenhaus hat es nach kaltem Rauch gestunken. Dafür kann allerdings der Besitzer nichts.

La Ubicacion es ideal si conoces el barrio.
Fue muy complicado el acesso a el departamento ya que la.pueta de la calle funciona con un sistema.y si no funciona el.sistema tienes que llamarle a los vecinos para que te abran la puerta. Lo mismo.con la.puerta principal. Seria mas facil.usar una llave. La television no pudimos.usarla porque el internet no lo tenia prendido y si no estas familiarizado con tecnologia como.a nosotros es mas dificil.

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe zur Rüttenscheider Straße und zum Supermarkt. Waschtrockner vorhanden.
Das Gebäude ist sehr alt und hellhörig. Es war nicht besonders sauber, dadurch eine Hölle für Milben Allergiker. Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche sollte schnellstmöglich sinniert werden. Es fiel uns schwer uns wohl zu fühlen.
