Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Besuch in Essen zwischen Tram und U-Bahn. Viel Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger Lage, da von der Straße abgewandt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Das wesentliche ist vorhanden.
Die Möbel sind teilweise ziemlich abgewohnt (Barhocker und Balkonmöbel) und es gibt einige Abnutzungsspuren. Kein Stellplatz vorhanden was das Parken ziemlich teuer macht.
