Het appartement was schoon, ruim ingericht en met een prima keuken en badkamer. De buurt is redelijk rustig en parkeren is geen probleem. Het centrum van Essen (Kerstmarkt) is een minuutje of 10 lopen. De bedden waren ook goed ( ik ben 1.94 cm).
Het appartement (9) was op de 5e etage zonder lift. Een tijdelijk probleem was de open gebroken straat voor wegwerkzaamheden voor het appartement.

きれいな部屋でした ロケーションもよかったです
重いキャリーを持っていました。9Fまで階段で運びました。エレベーターがありません。それはとても苦痛です。 鍵が開けなにくいです。
