Urbane Lage im Stadtteil Rüttenscheid. Altbauwohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage. Gute Ausstattung. Alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt so benötigt. So zum Beispiel: Toaster, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, hübsches Geschirr und Besteck, 2 Platten Ceran Kochfeld, Smart TV, bequemes Bett und Handtuchpaket.
Insgesamt benötigt die Altbauwohnung leider etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit in der Instandhaltung, Renovierung und Reinigung.

メッセエッセンでの展示会出展で長期滞在だったため、キッチン用品が整っており自炊でき大変良かったです。スタッフの対応も親切にメッセージいただき大変スムーズでした。
エレベーターがないため、スーツケースを3階まで階段で運ぶのが大変でした。
