Barrier-Free Studio Near Messe

You can not find a better place to stay ,situated in a area with alot of green...you can hear the birds every morning ..very quiet place :) downstairs you have a place where you can buy drinks and snaks :) the aparyament look s better than in the pictures ,big bathroom ,you can cook inside , you have space for youre clothes and everything .you have parking without problems😊 very important you have selfcheckin for the persons who dont like to meet to much persons like me😂🤣 but the leanlord is a awsome guy and very friendly 🖤

Top Lage direkt an der S-Bahnstation und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Everything about the Property was absolutely marvellous. Everything that you could possibly need was available plus when I asked about the bathroom being suitable for a wheelchair user the owner went above and beyond and provided a frame for over the toilet. I would recommend this apartment to anyone needing to stay in Essen.

Das Einchecken u Auschecken war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr nett. Er war offen für Fragen und hat dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt entspannt und angenehm zu gestalten. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten....Pflgeprodukte, Snacks, mehrere Optionen Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Wir hatten 3 ruhige Nächte in einem großen bequemen Bett. Ansonsten ist fußläufig alles vorhanden, was man sich denken kann. Bäckereien, Drogerie, Apotheken, Supermärkte/Biosupermarkt, Sparkasse und Tankstelle. Es war kein Problem auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen einen Stellplatz zu finden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Nachttischbeleuchtung war etwas zu hoch angebracht, um sie im Halbschlaf noch auszuschalten. Keines der drei Fenster hat ein Insektenschutz, so dass Wespen, Fliegen usw. leichtes Spiel haben....Wir hätten es als Pluspunkt empfunden, da wir sehr gerne bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
