Die direkte Lage am Uniklinikum Essen war für mich einfach perfekt, um möglichst schnell zu Fuß bei meinem Mann sein zu können, aber auch mich in seinen Ruhezeiten in die Wohnung zurückziehen zu können. Für diese Zwecke war die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt. Ein großer Edeka befindet sich ebenfalls in direkter Nähe für die Selbstversorgung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm, ein "Rundum-sorglos-Aufenthalt", wenn man genug andere Sorgen hat. Diese Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder für weitere Aufenthalte rund um das Uniklinikum buchen.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Uniklinik Essen, in deren Umgebung es jeden Morgen zum Roulette wird, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bad wirkte neu.
Der Küchenbereich ist sehr beengt. Die Lage bedingt, dass man ab dem frühen Morgen den Verkehr stark wahrnimmt. Der Preis ist nicht gering. Irgendwie ist es mir nicht gelungen, ein Free-TV-Programm zu finden.
