The apartment was clean, the heating worked very quickly and the beds were comfortable.
The key box where we picked up the keys was not in good condition and the wifi didn't work

The apartment is in an excellent, quiet residential location in Essen, with public transportation and shops nearby. During my stay, the owner was always accommodating, providing a great introduction to the facility and ensuring I could park my bicycle in a secure and convenient place and get the cleaning services.
Despite some minor issues in the bathroom, such as the door not closing well and the shower drain not draining water effectively, the owner's responsiveness was commendable. He immediately took note of these issues and assured me that they would be resolved, making me feel valued and important as a guest.
