An ideal city centre apartment.

Friendly reception, city centre location and an underground car park made it a great start. Good heating at a cold time of year and comfortable living/ eating/ sleeping and washing facilities.

The 55 steps up to the apartment really ought to get a mention on the Booking.com website. If you add the climb up from the car park, it's a real challenge for the less mobile!!

The apartment has an excellent location — right in the city center, yet perfectly quiet. It’s clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Spacious apartment in the perfect location to enjoy Metz!

This was the perfect location to enjoy Metz! The photos don’t do this apartment justice - it was spacious, clean, and welcoming, perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washing machine. Host Cecile was communicative and flexible on our arrival time. We would stay here on our next trip to Metz!

The apartment was clean and tidy and centrally located which made it very easy to get around town.

Cecile met us onsite handed over the keys and went through all the information about the apartment. Showed us were everything was and how to use the appliances (i.e., TV). Parking was a bonus. The apartment was centrally located so once there we did not need the vehicle. if we ran into difficulties her contact number was at hand.

Overall the apartment was very good. The only thing worth mentioning is that could have been some hanging or cupboard space in the rooms. It could also do with some extra power points ion the kitchen or at least provide a double adaptor so that both a toaster or electrical kettle could be used at the same time.

Convenient city trip in Metz

The apartment is clean, and quiet even though it is in the centre of Metz. Easy to walk into town from the apartment. The very safe private parking garage is a great plus if you are by car. The kitchen has all facilities that you can think of and there is ample crockery and cutlery. The wifi is excellent in all corners of the apartment! Large TV in living room with plenty of channels. There is a cup coffee machine with supplies for the first needs. The rest of the furniture is quite basic, but sufficient. The cleaning fee can be avoided with not too much effort.

We tried to arrive an hour earlier as we had a fast trip but unfortunately this was not possible with the 20 minutes notice as mentioned in the instructions. We did not like to have to sign a rental contract that was in French only and had to be signed without being able to fully understand it. Maybe it would be good to also prepare a version in other languages (if such contract is needed at all). The double bed in one of the bedrooms is rather small for two (140 x 190 cm) as is often the case in France, so if you need more space it's better to use the other bedroom with separate beds.

Superb

Location was perfect-near to the station but right next to the pedestrian area in the centre. Apartment was very nice, quiet and well appointed. Our host was very helpful and met us outside.

Fabulous

My mother and I spent a long weekend in Metz. The apartment was the ideal accommodation for this. It is super centrally located and well equipped with everything you need and more :-). In addition, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment and since you can actually reach everything in Metz very well on foot, we did not get back in the car until we went home. I would also like to mention that the apartment was absolutely clean and we are very happy to come back. Many thanks to our very nice host Cecile :-) We felt very comfortable.

Nice apartment near all amenities of Metz’s old town

The hosts are very nice and supportive, the apartment is very close to the old town and all its amenities. Metz is a lovely historical town and Luxembourg is under an hour by car or train for a day out. The beds were very comfortable, WiFi is perfect.

Fabulous apartment living

A wonderful two days in France's green city. Metz is a joy to visit, a real gem, and Patrick's apartment is brilliantly located in the thick of it all. Patrick directed us on arrival to the very convenient car park beneath the building and kindly showed us the two bed apartment, which is generously spaced and thoughtfully equipped. Patrick has thought of just about everything and we loved staying here. Comfortable, homely and the perfect place to stay in a perfect city for those who love to eat, drink and enjoy life. Thank you.

A very good option in Metz !

Excellent location, spacious and safe on-site garage. The kitchen, living room with all possible amenities, including TV with large channels options and notebook availability. Patrick is a great host and will give you a map of the city with all the tourist information and good places to eat. A great convenience is that Patrick lives very close to the apartment and will be very quick to do check in and check out. There is no lift, but the stairway is quite wide and with short steps. "My Apartment - Metz" is a good stopover option for anyone traveling between Germany / Alsace / Paris. If we return to this area, we will certainly return to stay at this comfortable accommodation. Thank you Patrick!

Perfect goede locatie dicht bij het centrum

Locatie was perfect 'om de hoek' van het oude centrum op wandelafstand - Accomodatie was mooi ingericht en ruim genoeg. 2 Ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. Parkeren was perfect geregeld. 'om de hoek' van het gebouw, maar makkelijk dichtbij. All in all was prijs/kwaliteit verhouding perfect.

Idéalement placé et confortable

Bel appartement tout proche du centre avec son parking privé, sécurisé et gratuit (un vrai plus). Nous n'y avons manqué de rien : café, petits chocolats, nécessaire de toilettes/vaisselles.. Idéal pour visiter Metz à pied et ses différents marchés de Noël :) Chambre confortable qui donne sur la cour dans une petite rue relativement calme

Il faut garder un peu d'énergie pour monter au deuxième sans ascenseur dans ce hall magistral ;)

Séjour agréable et fantastique

Appartement super bien tenu. Au Calme ,très propre et bien aménagé. Personne à notre entière disposition. Parking accessible et très pratique pour ne plus bouger l'auto et circuler en ville sans se soucier de la voiture. appartement proche des commerces pour s'alimenter se qui est un plus a ajouter au confort de celui-ci.

Een prima appartement voor een stedentrip!

Host Patrick stond ons op te wachten en nam ruim de tijd om ons, in het engels, wegwijs te maken. Een prettig en mooi appartement, centraal gelegen voor een bezoek aan Metz en omgeving. Privé parkeerplaats is erg fijn en voelt veilig aan. Metz is een mooie stad om een paar dagen te vertoeven. Museum Centre Pompidou is een toppertje. Kortom, ondanks het mindere weer, een heerlijk verblijf in Metz gehad.

Es hat für uns alles sehr gut gepasst.

Das Appartement war geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Gute Qualität der Baumaterialien und sehr schön verarbeitet. Sehr praktisch war die Tiefgarage. Das Zentrum war ideal zu Fuss erreichbar! Wegen der hohen Temperaturen wurde uns zusätzlich ein Ventilator gebracht. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt!

La localisation par rapport au centre ville et à la gare est parfaite

La ventilation ne fonctionnait pas et l’humidité dans la salle de bain avait du mal à s’évacuer . Mais avec la chaleur du week-end, possible de garder la porte ouverte et d’y remédier
