Good location & place. Could be a bit cleaner

Very comfy, beautiful and new apartment with all facilities, amazing location. Easy check-in & check-out.

Overall the place was a bit dusty/dirty. Poor ventilation on the bathroom, so smelled a bit of sewage, towels were really (!!!!!) hard and scratchy.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated apartment in the heart of Metz! The space was spotless, spacious, and very quiet. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location was perfect—walking distance to all major attractions, including the Christmas markets, and just a short walk to the train station. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was very straightforward. Next time we visit Metz, we’ll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

One small suggestion for improvement: we found the bed pillows a bit flat. Many apartments we’ve stayed at provide two sets of pillows for guests (one fluffier and one flatter), which is a nice touch. If possible, adding a couple of fluffier pillows would make the experience even more comfortable.

beautiful apartment amazing bathroom very beautifully decorated and central. A perfect place to stay if you want to eat out.

i stay in an apartment so i can cook, otherwise i’d book a hotel. There are so few pieces of cooking equipment that this is rendered virtually impossible. it defeats the purpose of the place. all the money went on the beauty with nothing left over for the practicality. The bar stools are so high you can’t really eat at the table anyway. No toaster. any equipment and utensils were really cheap. The host was disorganised but helpful once reminded we were coming.

Beautiful apartment. Great shower and bath. Nice quiet location, but close to everything.

Would have liked a few coffee capsules just for arrival. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen and an ironing board but no iron.

Totally loved Metz and the apartment was wonderful.

Perfectly central location and a very beautifully designed and furnished apartment. Comfortable and extremely clean. Host was very helpful.

Minor details but perhaps fluffier towels, a corkscrew and some tablets for the dishwasher? A fan for hot nights would be useful too, as it’s a lively city so can be a little noisy with the windows open.

Drie prachtige dagen gehad in Metz en in appartement.

Heel mooi appartement met hoogwaardige meubels, badkamer en superfijn bed. Fijne locatie weinig geluid, veel ruimte en alles erg netjes.

Cedric was niet vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, hij leek meer geïrriteerd omdat we elkaar niet helemaal begrepen. We vonden hem niet gastvrij.

Appartement op oerfecte locatie, faciliteiten van woonkamer en keuken niet in balans met kwaliteit van slaapkamer en bad

Uitstekende lokatie, in het centrum van Metz. Prachtige badkamer, met heerlijke douche.

Kwaliteit van bank: doorgezakt en aan vernieuwing toe. Daarnaast is er nog maar 1 eetkamerstoel waarop gezeten kan worden, naast barkrukken. Ruime keuken, zonder voldoende servies, maar onvoldoende pannen. Hierdoor is koken ter plekke geen optie. Host reageerde niet op verzonden bericht over natte handdoeken in wasmachine.

l'emplacement l'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Metz de plus la route n'est ouverte qu'aux résidants donc très calme. L'appartement est spacieux très fonctionnel et agencé avec gout

c'est plus des détails que de dire que je n'ai pas apprécié, par contre attention à la propreté du four il faut le vérifier avant que des gens arrivent, il n'était pas propre. il y avait la planche à repasser mais le fer à repasser était dans un meuble fermé

Uitstekende locatie, ruim appartement, prachtige ruime badkamer met groot bad èn een douche en een aparte toiletruimte (dus niet op de badkamer). Ruime slaapkamer met een grote TV. Een hele grote tv in de woonkamer. Kortom, een zeer aan te bevelen appartement! Van de keuken faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt

Расположение отличное! В 10-15 минутах пешком - Центральный Вокзал, главный собор Меца и историческая часть города, филиал Парижского Центра Помпиду. Квартира чистая, хорошо обставлена, в ней удобно и тихо. Рядом кафе, недалеко есть магазины продуктов и рестораны. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали после указанного времени заезда, хозяин нашел возможность передать нам ключи от квартиры и прислал все необходимые инструкции. За это отдельное спасибо!

На кухне не было мешка для мусора, новой губки для мытья посуды (старая была в ужасном состоянии) и какой-нибудь тряпочки для того, чтобы протереть кухонный или обеденный стол. Пользовались салфетками, которые, к счастью, были в достаточном количестве. Кухонное полотенце нашли в скрученном состоянии в одном из ящиков кухни. Кран мойки на кухне необходимо закрепить. Была кофе-машина, но было бы правильно указать в описании, какой вид кофейных капсул для нее подходит. Думаю, что все это легко исправить. И совсем не лишним было бы наличие микроволновой печки, которой не было. WiFi был достаточным для проверки почты, но, например, Youtube в телевизоре постоянно зависал.

La décoration est bien

Cette baignoire est une décoration il est impossible d’utiliser l’eau chaude une fois que vous avez pris votre douche quotidienne alors choisissez soit 1 bains par jour soit une douche par jour. Étant une femme ne pas avoir le choix de me rafraîchir comme je le voudrais est vraiment inconcevable…et puis un bain glacé en février ? Hors de question. La propreté est la priorité surtout au prix annoncé pourtant des cheveux bruns , des taches sur le sols et la vaisselle mal laver sont visibles. Prévoir du sel, poivre, essuie-tout, gel douche, papier toilettes ect le nécessaire car il y a presque rien sur place. Bonnes continuations nous ne reviendront plus jamais.
